About this job

A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated team administrator to join Op Courage Treatment Pathway (formerly the Veterans Complex Treatment Service). We are a very friendly team, committed to supporting the needs of veterans and their families.

The service offers assessment and treatment to veterans presenting with military attributable complex mental health issues.

The post holder will support the team in the development, management and delivery of intervention across the West Midlands region from an administrative point of view, providing a rare and exciting opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the development of the service. The post will be working in a fast-paced environment, which requires a calm but proactive approach with the ability to multi-task whilst being thorough.

Telephone calls and enquiries form a large part of the role as does a high volume of standard administrative tasks.

Attention to detail is paramount in this post as is the ability to prioritise workload. Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to continue to develop their skills whilst working in this enigmatic and specialist service.

What’s next?

If you share our passion for people and the dedication to excel, we would love to hear from you.
