Support Worker needed!

Birmingham/ Immediate start/ 12.21/ Full time/ days

Where you will be working:

You will be working in an care with 25 service users. The service users are individuals who have mental health and challenging behaviour difficulties. All service users will be 18+ and will have mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia. Within the Care Home, the service users will have varying levels of independence.

About the job:

• 12.21ph
• 3 shifts a week
• 7:45am-8:15pm days
• Permanent role
• Monday-Sunday
• Nights may be required

-You will assist the service users with daily tasks they may need assistance or supervision with.

-You will ensure all users are safe and being helped to maintain their independence.

-You will assist with personal care

- You will provide domestic and emotional support

What you will need:

• Level 3 care diploma/certificate (preferred)
• Care certificate or equivalent
• Experience in Care within the United Kingdom (6 months)
• Full flexibility Monday-Sunday
• Able to start immediately
