An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated education team as a Band 4 Associate Clinical Educator facilitator. This role is designed to support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate care by facilitating the education, development, and training of a range of learners in clinical practice.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Lead Clinical Educator Nurse and wider management team, acting as a role model and providing coaching and support to staff across various clinical areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting Clinical Educators with educational programmes
  • Coaching learners
  • Delivering teaching sessions and clinical skills training
  • Documenting training and assessments
  • Working clinically as needed to support learners
  • Identifying new learning opportunities
  • Fostering good relationships with staff and managers
