We are looking for a Drama/Music Therapist or Integrative Arts Therapist with a passion for empowering others. The role spans both the Women’s Secure Blended Service and the Secure CAMHS service at Ardenleigh Hospital. You will work with diverse groups, and innovation within the services is strongly encouraged.
Main responsibilities- Provide individual and group interventions to adults and young people.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychologists and arts therapists.
- Contribute to service development and co‑production with service users.
- Audit and evaluate interventions to demonstrate effectiveness.
- Postgraduate accredited Master’s Degree in Art Psychotherapy.
- Delivering specialist art psychotherapy assessment and interventions in mental health settings.
- Delivering specialist arts psychotherapy, specifically art/music therapy, and group art psychotherapy/musict therapy, understanding group dynamics.
- Clinical supervision of art or trainee art psychotherapists.
- Working effectively with individuals whose behaviours may be perceived as challenging.

Salary
: £47,810 to £54,710 per annum, pro rate.
