We are looking for a HCPC registered practitioner psychologist to join our team in the specialist assessment and treatment services for adults and adolescents  role is advertised at Band 8a, but is open to newly qualifying or soon-to-qualify psychologists interested in a Band 7‑8a development post.

• Deliver clinical input through assessments, individual and group therapies, team formulation and reflective practice.
• Support other staff to undertake psychological interventions.
• Provide training and supervision to staff.
• Lead and contribute to service development projects.
• Conduct audits and research activities.

• HCPC registered practitioner psychologist.
• Experience working with adults and/or young people with Intellectual Disabilities in community or inpatient settings (preferred); experience in other settings will be considered if the applicant demonstrates commitment to this client group.
• Knowledge or willingness to engage in Positive Behavioural Support interventions.

• Full integration within multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with other psychologists on service development projects, training and interventions.
• Part of a well-established and supportive Psychology Services team at Brooklands.
• Strong links with local clinical psychology training courses, providing placements, supervision for research and teaching.
• Collaborates with Community Learning Disability and Intensive Support teams across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
