• Serve as the go‑to expert for our Shoulder portfolio, driving growth and market share across your territory.
• Partner with surgeons, support clinical demonstrations and lead product launches.
• Guide and upskill the regional sales team, convert key targets and ensure our advanced technologies reach the right hands.
• Influence strategy, develop key opinion leaders and shape the future of sports medicine in the UK.

• Proven experience in medical device sales (minimum 3 years) or marketing within the sector.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and competitor landscape.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively (50–75%).
