• Develop and implement practice models in line with current policies and frameworks to enhance service delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to social work teams to ensure best practices are maintained.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and improve service efficiency.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for service development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards to maintain high‑quality social work practices.

• Must be registered with Social Work England ensuring adherence to professional standards and accountability.
• Should possess recent UK experience working within social work to bring valuable insights and knowledge to the team.
