We are recruiting Care Assistants for both part‑time care jobs and full‑time care jobs
. Flexible hours are available, with contracted hours up to 30 hours per week
. We particularly need carers to work early mornings (7am–9am) and evenings (7pm–10pm), including alternate weekends or the same day each weekend
.

• Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Administer medications safely as per guidance
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
• Support with mobility assistance (e.g., transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)
• Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
• Keep accurate care records and daily observations

• Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance
• Right to work in the UK
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care, or home care is desirable but not essential – we provide full training
