As an Income Officer you will take responsibility for a patch of customer accounts with multiple tenure types, working towards positive financial outcomes. You will join a high performing income management team and will support customers to manage their rent and service charge accounts,identify where support is needed and refer as appropriatein order tohelp them to sustain their tenancies. You will manage a caseload where legal interventions are required, so you will have a good working relationship with several of our internal and external partners in getting a positive resolution to cases as well as good working knowledge of housing and anti-social behaviour legislation.
