Overview
Lead Analyst role at Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the Contract Management and Partnership Delivery (CMPD) directorate. This is a high-impact leadership role, heading up the Contracted Health and Employment Analysis (CHEA) division. The successful candidate will lead a team of around 50 analysts and generalists, providing critical insight and evidence to support decision-making, programme design, performance management, and continuous improvement across CMPD.

- Providing advice to senior stakeholders, including Ministers and HMT
- Collaborating with strategy and policy teams to build the evidence base for future provision
