  • Contribute to the delivery and ongoing accuracy of the RICS public Register, Compliance processes and wider regulatory initiatives.
About You
  • Experience reviewing or evaluating complex information with a regulatory, compliance, audit or similarly structured environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and confident, evidence-based decision making.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, able to explain complex issues simply to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, meet KPIs and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Professionalism, integrity and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

  • Enhanced flexible leave policies (including Maternity, Paternity, and Moving House)
  • A Wellbeing Day and a Volunteering Day
  • Access to staff led community groups
