Manager Transaction Services

We’re working with a high growth client Birmingham that is looking to appoint a Transaction Services Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team advising across a wide range of transaction.

As a Manager within the Transaction Services team, you will play a key role in delivering financial due diligence on acquisitions, disposals and refinancings, while managing key relationships.

You will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to high-profile deals across a variety of sectors.

• Analyse financial performance, cash flow and key value drivers of target businesses
• Identify risks and opportunities within transactions
• Prepare clear and commercially focused reports for clients
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Support business development and relationship management activities

• Background in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence
• Experience gained within a Big 4, Top 10 or reputable advisory firm
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients
