Join our Mortgage Operations team as a Mortgage Processing Intern and gain hands‑on experience in the back‑office functions of mortgage lending. This role is perfect for individuals keen to understand the end‑to‑end mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities- ✔️ Assist with mortgage application processing and verification.
- ✔️ Collect and review applicant documents for accuracy.
- ✔️ Communicate with clients regarding required paperwork.
- ✔️ Ensure compliance with lending regulations and guidelines.
- ✔️ Work closely with mortgage advisors and underwriters.
- ✔️ Maintain organized records of applications and approvals.
- ✔️ Support quality control audits of loan files.
- ✔️ Monitor loan status updates and reporting.
- ✔️ Assist in preparing closing documents for mortgages.
- ✔️ Learn about different mortgage products and eligibility.
- ✔️ Provide customer service support to applicants.
- ✔️ Update CRM systems with loan progress.
- ✔️ Participate in mortgage system testing and improvements.
