Assistant Manager - Restructuring Advisory

Location:

Birmingham

Compensation: £52,000-£60,000 base + bonus up to 30%

The Birmingham team operates a genuinely hands‑on model, with Assistant Managers and Managers owning cases end-to-end rather than operating purely in a review capacity. The team works closely with Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory and Forensics, providing exposure to advisory, contentious and litigation‑led assignments alongside core insolvency work.

What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver administrations, CVLs and turnaround mandates with meaningful case ownership
  • Work directly with Managers and Directors on multi‑stakeholder engagements, contributing to strategy and execution
  • Produce financial modelling and cash flow forecasting
  • Work closely with Managers on multi‑stakeholder engagements
  • Contribute to advisory assignments alongside formal insolvency work
What you’ll bring
  • UK restructuring or insolvency experience in professional services
  • Strong technical understanding of insolvency processes
  • Experience supporting administrations or liquidations
  • ACA, ACCA or JIEB in progress preferred
