Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing team supporting a group of established Financial Planners. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality advice reports, conducting in-depth research, and ensuring compliance across complex client cases. The firm places strong emphasis on professional development, with opportunities to progress towards advanced technical qualifications or adviser routes if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical documentation to support client advice
• Conduct in-depth research on pensions, investments, IHT, and protection products
• Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver tailored financial planning solutions
• Ensure all recommendations are compliant and aligned with FCA regulations
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to support high-net-worth and complex client needs

Requirements

• Experience as a Paraplanner in a regulated financial planning environment
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning
• Diploma qualified (DipPFS) as a minimum, with progress towards Chartered status desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team
