Head of Finance

We are delighted to be working with a PE-backed industrials group to support their search for an experienced Interim Finance Consultant. You will lead the finance function for numerous new acquisitions.

• Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Lead both month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Deliver clear financial analysis, including variance reporting against budget and forecast, with meaningful commentary for senior leadership and budget owners.
• Prepare high‑quality financial presentations and reports for the board and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee working capital performance, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Integration of new businesses to the wider group

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience working within a private equity
• Desire to work in an acquisitive business
