- Deliver firstâclass support to Relationship Managers and their customers, meeting and exceeding SLA standards.
- Build and broaden relationships across RM portfolios to maximise customer satisfaction and income opportunities.
- Become a true expert in Unityâs products and services â knowing when and how they add value.
- Monitor and support the management of credit exposures, identifying risks early.
- Contribute to highâquality new business opportunities aligned with Unityâs values and the UN SDGs.
- Analyse financial information and prepare lending proposals for Credit Underwriting when required.
- Be accountable for AML/KYC responsibilities for RMâmanaged clients.
- Partner closely with Unity Experience to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Lead the valuation process, liaising with Valuers on behalf of RMs.
- Provide proactive administrative and project support to the Regional Director.
- Spot opportunities for process improvements, new services and better customer experiences.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Trade Union and CDFI sectors and their unique needs.
- Support RMs with conferences, trade shows, and training sessions â both virtually and across the UK.
- A natural relationshipâbuilder with strong communication skills.
- Organised, detailâfocused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Confident analysing financial information and supporting credit processes.
- Knowledgeable about operational bank processes and key regulatory/legal requirements.
- Familiar with banking technology, payment systems, telephony.
- Curious, proactive and keen to develop in the Trade Union and CDFI sectors.
This opportunity is open to internal and external candidates.
This role requires working 2 days a week in the Birmingham Office - Tuesday & Wednesday.
