Management Accountant

Robert Walters - Management Accountant - Permanent - Hybrid - Birmingham - £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established and expanding organisation, is looking for a Management Accountant to support regional operations, improve financial reporting accuracy, and strengthen business partnering across a multi-site environment. This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, involvement in strategic decision-making, and the opportunity to develop within a dynamic and evolving finance function.

• Full-Time
• Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis
• Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across the regional business
• Contribute to weekly cashflow forecasting and working capital reporting
• Participate in monthly performance reviews and support analysis of key operational metrics
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to translate financial data into meaningful actions
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting tools, and drive efficiency

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset
