Assistant Credit Risk Analyst

Assistant Credit Risk Analyst - Retail Bank/Challenger Bank London:
Hybrid Working (3 days a week in the office) We're looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious Assistant Credit Risk Analyst to join a growing Credit team within a specialist UK bank. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Credit, Risk Management or Lending, with exposure across property finance, structured lending and asset finance.

You will play a key role in supporting the oversight, governance and administration of the Credit function, including:
Supporting Credit Committee, Policy Review and Watch & Recoveries forums (agenda preparation, packs & minutes) Monitoring Credit policy review cycles and maintaining action logs Assisting with underwriting reviews and analysis of lending submissions Reviewing and approving initial loan drawdowns in line with sanction conditions Supporting portfolio reporting and credit risk oversight Assisting with management of the Bank's professional panel Contributing to projects, change initiatives and ad-hoc Credit tasks You'll be part of the second line Risk function, working closely with Credit and Lending teams across the Bank.

Requirements: 1-3 Years of experience in credit risk or underwriting within retail banking or leasing business.
