On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for an Operations Senior Lead for an initial 6-month contract based in Birmingham (Hybrid Working) Purpose of the role:
The KYC Operations Senior Lead plays a key role within the Conformance Team in managing performance against divisional and bank-wide targets, with a strong focus on continuous performance improvement. What you'll do:
Identify and prioritise product and service improvement opportunities, creating and supporting implementation plans. Perform KYC activities for DB affiliate entities, including periodic and event-driven reviews. Respond to requests relating to DB AG to support third-party KYC assessments. Maintain and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of operational changes and risk areas. The skills you'll need:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive risk management and problem-solving ability. Collaborative team player with initiative and resourcefulness. Experience in KYC/AML operations within a regulated financial services environment. This client will only accept workers operating via a PAYE engagement model. AMS's payroll service is in partnership with Giant, we have worked with them for many years and have good processes in place to ensure you get the best service. If you are successful in your application for this role, your contract will be via Giant.
