• ❋ Managing the entire process from first conversation to completion
• ❋ Meeting clients in‑person, online, or by phone
• ❋ Working closely with our Client Services team
• ❋ Growing your client base through referrals and new opportunities

You’ll be a great match if you are:

• 🌿 Experienced — typically 3+ years as a broker
• 🌿 Confident in mortgage & protection product knowledge
• 🌿 Detail‑oriented in a regulated environment
• 🌿 Approachable, positive and a genuine team player
• 🌿 Someone who cares about doing things properly
• 🌿 Keen to continually develop your knowledge

• 🌿 Experience with CRM or sourcing systems
• 🌿 Evidence of developing a client bank

• ❋ Competitive salary £30,000–£40,000 Basic + Attractive bonus scheme
