Are you an organised and detail-driven finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our busy, collaborative finance team and support a broad range of transactional and month‑end duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being a key part of day‑to‑day financial operations.

What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll support the finance team across financial processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and posting journals, along with supporting accrual and prepayment activities
Handling intercompany transactions and assisting with related reconciliations
Generating sales invoices accurately and within required time frames
Overseeing the debtor ledger and providing support with cash allocation
Chasing outstanding queries and contributing to maintaining strong debtor-day performance
Completing weekly supplier statement reconciliations
Monitoring the unregistered invoices and resolving queries with relevant stakeholders
Administering purchase orders, including clearing aged POs and addressing receipting issues
Gathering required documentation for new supplier onboarding
Supporting reporting for projects
What we're looking for
You'll thrive in this role if you have:

Experience in a finance assistant, accounts assistant, AP/AR or transactional finance role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confidence communicating
Good Excel skills (e.g., basic formulas, lookups, pivots desirable)
A willingness to learn and get involved in a variety of tasks
