This is not a hierarchical M&A role. You’ll be backed to step up, take responsibility, and develop quickly as a rounded dealmaker.
The team is small, senior-led, and growing. Managers work directly with Partners and are involved across the full transaction lifecycle. Exposure, pace, and standards are high, but so is the support and development.
