We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Finance) to join our team on a high‑impact contract. You'll be supporting senior finance leadership and driving delivery across key service areas within a complex environment.

🔑 What You'll Be Doing

Acting as deputy for the Finance Manager, making decisions and taking proactive action.
Leading and developing a finance team-work allocation, performance, coaching, recruitment.
Managing long‑term projects (3+ months) and ensuring successful delivery.
Providing financial advice to operational teams across the organisation.
Ensuring business plans, KPIs, and compliance targets are met.
Building strong operational relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Proven partnership working (internal and external).
Background in stakeholder management and influencing operational outcomes.
