Our client, a rapidly expanding national wealth management organisation, is seeking experienced Financial Advisers to join its growing advisory teams across the UK. This is an opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with significant autonomy, strong development pathways, and comprehensive support to deliver exceptional advice to a wide range of clients.

This hybrid role requires regular access to one of the organisation’s regional hubs (three days per week), with flexibility for client visits. Advisers may operate as Restricted, Independent, or Corporate depending on experience and preference.

• Act as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering holistic financial planning aligned with regulatory standards.
• Achieve revenue and growth targets through client retention, new business development, and proactive relationship management.
• Conduct regular client reviews to adapt financial solutions to evolving needs.
• Promote our client’s full suite of services while upholding a strong values-driven, client-first approach.
• Build and maintain professional introducer relationships to support sustainable business generation.
• Drive referral activity and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
