About the RoleAs a Manager in Financial Due Diligence
, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial and commercial analysis on both buy‑side and sell‑side engagements. You’ll investigate business performance, prepare clear and insightful diligence reports, and help clients understand key drivers, risks, and value‑creation opportunities.
You’ll also develop your leadership capabilities by guiding day‑to‑day work, supporting junior team members, and taking increasing ownership of client interactions and project delivery. This role is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their analytical, commercial, and people‑leadership skills within a supportive Deals environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading and delivering key areas of financial due diligence
- Analysing financial and non‑financial information across a range of engagements
- Supporting interactions with senior management, business owners, and investors
- Identifying trends, risks, deal breakers, and value‑creation opportunities
- Coaching and developing junior team members
- Using data and analytics tools to enhance insight and delivery
- Building internal and external networks and contributing to business development
- Demonstrating integrity and values‑led leadership
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Hold ACA/ICAS (or an equivalent international qualification)
- Bring strong financial due diligence and analytical skills
- Have excellent report writing, data interpretation, and Excel capability
- Are experienced in managing teams and delegating effectively
- Can mentor and coach colleagues with confidence
- Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
