Employment Tax Assistant Manager Top 10 Accountancy Firm We are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Assistant Manager to join a growing and dynamic team, managing the employment tax affairs of a varied client portfolio across multiple sectors.

The Role The role focuses on the annual employment tax compliance cycle , including P11

Ds, PSAs, STBV and ERS reporting. You will also be expected to identify employment tax advisory opportunities arising from compliance work.

Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely employment tax advice (pay & benefits, employee status, payroll compliance) Support clients with year-end compliance, due diligence and policy reviews Supervise and mentor junior team members Keep up to date with employment tax legislation About You Recent experience managing an employment tax compliance portfolio Proactive, commercially minded and confident working with clients Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with the ability to use initiative CTA and/or ACA qualified (preferred) Reward & Benefits 35-hour working week Hybrid working (up to 3 days from home, core hours 10-4) 25 days annual leave plus pension and life assurance Profit-sharing plan and discretionary bonus Flexible and family-friendly benefits About the Firm A Top 10 firm providing accountancy, audit, tax and advisory services to individuals and businesses across a wide range of sectors, offering a collaborative culture and strong career development opportunities.
