Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be recruiting a motivated and proactive Finance Controller to join a thriving company in the real estate sector, based in Birmingham.

Finance Controller Responsibilities:

Improve cost efficiency and reduce expenses
Submit tax returns on time and in compliance
File receipts for all company expenses
Record daily cash transactions accurately
Assist with financial projects and analysis

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience within the property sector
MUST BE ACA OR ACCA QUALIFIED
Be proactive and ambitious
Have strong communication skills
Be able to work independently and mange priorities
