Financial Analyst, Financial Manager
As our Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting for the Marketing Technology unit of ITG which consists of Storyteq and Deployteq and operate globally.
You’ll work closely with the tech teams in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Atlanta, and London, as well as the global finance team based in Birmingham. Reporting to the Finance Director of Storyteq, and working closely with the Tech Chief Operating Officer, you will deliver key financial data, drive forecasting and budgeting processes, and support strategic decision-making through accurate and timely analysis.
As a finance professional, you thrive on translating data into actionable insights. You combine sharp analytical skills with a business-focused mindset and understand the needs of this role in the context of a Dutch company operating within an international group. You'll collaborate closely with finance colleagues and business leads to provide visibility into performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support growth.
Key Responsibilities- Overall ownership of the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reporting on an on-going basis.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes while providing insights to optimize performance.
- Support and ownership of the budgeting and forecasting processes for Tech.
- Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives and investments.
- Collaborate with the central finance team to ensure accurate and consistent reporting across the group.
- Identify and implement process improvements for recurring reporting and required insights to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis roles
- Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced excel abilities and financial modelling skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with Prophix is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
- Experience working in a multi-national organisation within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Ability to travel periodically to offices in Netherlands
