Our Credit Risk team defines the bank’s risk slaan appetite, sets policies for customer acceptance, and ensures lending portfolios perform within tolerance. Beyond monitoring arrears, we provide strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, and portfolio analysis to safeguard sustainable growth.

As a Strategy Designer, you’ll maintain and enhance credit policy‑driven initiatives, working closely with IT teams and external partners to deliver robust, sustainable solutions.

• Design, build, and manage product‑specific credit strategies, scorecards, and policy rules within our Decisioning Platform (DP).
• Ensure governance and compliance when promoting changes to UAT or Production environments.
• Take ownership of unit, system, and user acceptance testing across decisioning processes.
• Build strong relationships with Credit Reference Agencies and third‑party partners to enhance our Credit Risk and Fraud capabilities.
