Client Administrator – Investment Management
What will you be doing?
We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Investment Management team in Birmingham on a fixed term contract (6months) with potential of being extended. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:
- To work closely with the aligned Investment Managers and Associate Investment Managers, to deliver excellent client outcomes
- To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact
- Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., Account opening, ISAs, transfers, client payments, static data changes, where applicable
- Preparation of meeting packs and valuations as required
- Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations, where applicable
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should
- Prior experience working within Financial Services is essential
- Hold technical administrative experience
- Have experience supporting clients queries and assisting through processes
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of financial products i.e. ISAs, GIAs, Pensions, Investments, SIPPs
