This is a full-time, on-site/Hybrid role for a Financial Controller based in Birmingham. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage financial reporting, and handle accounting tasks. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and providing insights for business performance improvements. The role requires maintaining accuracy in financial records and collaborating with the leadership team on financial strategies.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) is a plus
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance role is highly desirable
