An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing retail business. Working in a fast‑paced, commercial environment and reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in driving financial insight and business performance.

• Lead month‑end performance reporting, including P&L and cashflow, and deliver insightful reporting packs to senior leadership.
• Analyse and combine internal and external data to generate actionable insights and challenge commercial performance.
• Support key planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and three‑year strategic planning.
• Act as a key finance partner to stakeholders across multiple functions and regional teams.
• Oversee balance sheet controls and ensure accurate, timely reconciliations.
• Build robust financial models and produce high‑quality presentations to support long‑term strategic decision‑making.
• Contribute to business transformation and integration initiatives across the organisation.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in FP&A and/or commercial finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights.
• Confident communicator, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive self‑starter with excellent prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Experience with SAP, BI tools, Power BI, and HFM is desirable.

• Competitive salary of circa £70,000 plus annual bonus.
