💼 The Role

As a Senior Associate based in Birmingham, you’ll be instrumental in strengthening our presence across the West Midlands. Working alongside experienced deal makers and ambitious entrepreneurs, you’ll support acquisitions, disposals, and strategic growth initiatives. From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to the full deal lifecycle—origination, analysis, and execution—while developing your technical and commercial skills in a high-performance environment.

  • Conduct financial, commercial, and market analysis to support deal origination and execution
  • Prepare valuations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, and investors across a range of sectors
  • Represent the firm at industry events and build your professional network
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on live transactions and strategic initiatives
  • ACA, CFA, or Master’s in Finance (or equivalent qualification)
  • 2–4 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a commercially focused role with deal exposure
  • Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic team
