Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Senior Administrator in our Restructuring Advisory team, you will play a key role in supporting the management and progression of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies. You will work closely with managers and insolvency practitioners, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring statutory compliance throughout the process. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases (CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, CVAs, Bankruptcies) under supervision
  • Draft routine case correspondence, statutory documents, and clear professional reports.
  • Liaise with managers, insolvency practitioners, creditors, employees, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Maximise asset realisations and pursue recoveries proactively and cost-effectively
  • Attend meetings (including creditors’ meetings and site visits) and prepare associated supporting documentation
  • Complete statutory tasks and formalities within set deadlines, using diary systems and checklists
  • Respond to creditor queries, agree claims, and process creditor distributions
  • Prepare fee analyses and investigation reports in relation to directors’ conduct
  • Carry out investigations and identify when to seek legal advice
  • Ensure cases are fully compliant and reviewed appropriately
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times
  • Effectively use IT packages including Microsoft Office, IPS and FRP in-house systems
Qualifications
  • Previous insolvency experience and understanding of case progression and legislation is essential
  • GCSE English and Mathematics ‘B (7)’ grade or above (or equivalent) and bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Diligent with keen attention to detail and a professional approach to work
  • Adaptable and flexible approach with a genuine willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and IPS
