Finance Bookkeeper

Job Title: Finance Bookkeeper
Salary: £16,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm
Location: Birmingham

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of our organisation. This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organised, confident with numbers, and able to work accurately and independently within a supportive team. Experience with Quick Books is highly advantageous for this position.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support month-end and year-end processes

• Essential:
  • Experience as a Finance Bookkeeper or a Credit control position (Minimum 1 years experience in the UK)
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Full right to work status
• Highly Advantageous:
  • Experience using Quick Books (Online or Desktop)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems
