Your new role
The Head of Finance Shared Services is a strategic and operational leader responsible for ensuring that finance transactional services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with business needs. The role combines process excellence, financial control, and people leadership to create a scalable, future-ready finance function.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced people leader, ideally managing 20+ people, who has experience of delivering transaction services across AP, AR, Cash & Banking. You will need to be highly collaborative in your approach to working with other key stakeholders and have excellent process improvement skills.
