• Lead the Client Accounting and Reporting team, ensuring high performing, efficient and effective accounting function.
• Deliver all client and property accounting services to consistently high standard and required service levels.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date records, manage reconciliations, capex, opex and other client‑specific procedures.
• Advisory role to surveyors, clients and team members on appropriate actions.
• Ensure contractual compliance, SLAs and KPIs are achieved on behalf of BNPPRE.
• Continuously improve processes and achieve market‑leading best practice financial management.
• Contribute to fee generation and cost savings for the Client Finance team.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop junior staff and manage employee performance.
• Develop and implement the departmental control framework and delegation policy, working with audit and compliance.
• Act as principal contact for clients, surveyors and other stakeholders, managing client accounting records and reporting.
• Perform financial analysis, data analytics and business intelligence as required.
• Ensure QA reviews are completed and assist in internal and external audits.

• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading an accounting team within a property management or similar environment.
• Qualified in a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA); GCSE level mathematics and English.
• Substantial experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial operations and controls.
• Good people‑management, interpersonal and mentoring skills with demonstrable experience of leading teams.
• Commercially astute, innovative, solutions‑oriented and highly focussed on data protection issues.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with property management accounting packages (Trace Tramps, Yardi, Qube, etc.).
