Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a dynamic, forward-thinking professional services firm, committed to supporting businesses through every stage of their growth journey. Their Corporate Finance team works closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and management teams to deliver strategic advice and transactional support.

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Director to join our client in their Corporate Finance practice. This is a where you will play a key part in leading transactions, managing client relationships, and driving business development.

• Lead and manage a variety of corporate finance projects including M&A, disposals, fundraising, and strategic advisory.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Support Directors and Partners in developing new business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or advisory.
• Proven track record of managing deals end-to-end, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and motivated to contribute to the growth of the practice.
