Your impact on our clientele- Deliver holistic financial advice to support clients’ financial objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits, qualifying workplace pension schemes, group risk schemes, private medical and cash plan schemes.
- Develop long‑standing relationships with clients through regular reviews and solutions aligned with changing circumstances.
- Create strategic alliances and develop new client relationships through professional connections.
- Seek and identify new business opportunities internally and externally.
- Provide financial advice on a range of whole‑of‑market planning solutions for Employee Benefits clients.
- Maintain exceptional client service and regular reviews to grow recurring revenue.
- Contribute to the Group Employee Benefits Team’s business development plans.
- Work closely with the Group Employee Benefits Administration Team to deliver client service.
- Financial Planning diploma qualified (ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered).
- Demonstrable Group Employee Benefits and individual financial planning experience with recognised organisations.
- Comfortable with salary sacrifice schemes and automatic enrolment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex arrangements.
- Track record of delivering challenging sales targets within a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of back‑office systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Collaborative working.
- Previously achieved CAS status.
- CPD logs and training up to date.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry and legislative changes.
