Accounts Payable Manager

We’re partnered with a leading Fintech / Financial Services organisation that’s scaling rapidly and looking for a hands‑on AP professional to take ownership of their end‑to‑end Accounts Payable function.

This is a great opportunity to join a global, tech‑driven company that values efficiency, automation, and smart ways of working. You’ll manage a small team (2 direct reports) and have the autonomy to make real improvements across systems and processes.

Birmingham (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

Up to £45,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits

• Managing the full Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Leading and developing two direct reports
• Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
• Overseeing month‑end close and reporting for AP
• Partnering with key stakeholders across finance and operations
• Supporting wider finance transformation and systems projects

• 3+ years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or AP Supervisor
• Net Suite experience is essential
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation
• Experience managing and developing team members
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

• Up to £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
