At RSM, our consulting team brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver our six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk and governance.
We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. Our new colleague will assist in the execution of financial due diligence assignments on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions and support the team in new business generation.
Responsibilities- Lead engagement processes reporting directly to the partner.
- Lead fieldwork teams.
- Direct financial analysis on target businesses for inclusion in due diligence reports.
- Liaise with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors during execution of transactions.
- Develop industry, channel and economic expertise.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
- Experience working in transaction services.
- Prior experience writing high‑quality, value‑add due diligence reports.
- Genuine interest in, and enthusiasm for, understanding how businesses operate and what makes them tick.
- Strong understanding of deal mechanics.
- Displays a high level of accuracy, diligence and integrity.
- Commercially minded and a critical thinker.
- Able to form relationships with a wide range of people internally and externally, and is a strong team player.
