A leading organisation in the Building Services sector in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Decarbonisation). You'll be responsible for the financial success of decarbonisation projects, managing costs, valuations, and subcontractor engagements. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, and excellent negotiation skills.
