I’m working on behalf of a highly respected, independently owned consultancy that’s looking to appoint an Associate-level Chartered Building Surveyor in Birmingham. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced surveyor who’s ready to take on more responsibility and looking towards their long-term career growth — with a clear path to equity and business leadership.

• Leading contract administration and project management duties
• Carrying out technical due diligence and other professional surveying services
• Managing client relationships and helping to grow the client base
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
• Collaborating across disciplines to deliver integrated services

• MRICS qualified or equivalent experience
• Solid background in both project and professional work
• Experience with fund-led, office, industrial, or public sector clients
• Strong technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills
• Based in or familiar with the West Midlands market
