Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works
* Keeping the client informed of site activities.
* Assisting contractors and sub-contractors
* Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
* Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:
* Qualified at a City & Guilds level or equivalent
* Experience with in a maintenance / facilities management environment.
* Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
* Full UK driving license.
