Ready to take on a high-profile programme where your planning expertise shapes delivery from day one? Our client is seeking a skilled P6 Planner to support a major upgrade framework in Birmingham - driving programme certainty, construction sequencing, and project performance.

You’ll be a core member of the project team, responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining fully logic-linked construction programmes in Primavera P6
• Leading planning from tender through delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Shaping construction methodology, sequencing, and resource strategies
• Ensuring programmes meet all contractual and project requirements
• Embedding strong project controls, forecasting, and progress reporting
• Supporting and mentoring junior planners, driving best practice
• Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and delivery teams to keep milestones on track

What You Bring

• You’re an experienced, strategic planner with the ability to simplify complexity and engage teams at every level.
• Proven planning experience on major infrastructure programmes (£300m+)
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills (ASTA & 4D planning beneficial)
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial drivers
• Experience spanning the full lifecycle - from pre-construction through delivery
