BIM Lead - Building Services

A well-established building services consultancy is seeking a BIM Lead to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to take ownership of BIM standards, processes, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of building services projects.

• Implement and manage BIM standards and procedures (ISO 19650)
• Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) and project information workflows
• Prepare and oversee BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Carry out model validation, coordination, and clash detection
• Provide BIM training, mentoring, and technical support to project teams
• Support continuous improvement of BIM processes and tools

• Proven experience in a BIM-focused role within building services or construction
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM protocols, and CDEs
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / ACC
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models
• Strong communication skills and ability to support multiple teams
