Senior Fire Engineer

A pioneering consultancy in the Fire Engineering and Facade space, with over 40 years’ of expertise, my client are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Fire Engineer to join them in their Northwest Birmingham office.

The Senior Fire Engineer’s Role

Coming in as the successful Senior Fire Engineer you will self-manage and work on a myriad multisectoral projects, including high rise and complex schemes for a range of large, well-known developers.

Duties will include but won’t be limited to:

• Delivering of all Fire Engineering consultancy services
• Provide technical advice on EWS1 Facade Assessments and FRAEW’s
• Give sustainable fire solutions to clients
• Review smoke modelling and evacuation plans

The Successful Senior Fire Engineer Will Have?

Qualifications:

• A degree in Fire Engineering or a relevant qualification
• Membership of the IFE
• Chartered or working towards chartership

Knowledge and attributes:

• Proven experience in delivering fire and life safety plans
• Experience with in the Facade space is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders
