Central Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days office/site, 2 days home)

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance + Leading Benefits Package

We are partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor and supporting them with their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a landmark infrastructure scheme in Central Birmingham. • NEC4 Contract Administration
• Leading CVRs, cost forecasting, and budget management
• Leading the tender process and managing high‑value sub‑contractor accounts
• Identifying commercial risks and implementing value engineering opportunities
• Mentoring and developing a team of Assistant and Project Quantity Surveyors

• A proven track record as a QS or Senior QS within Heavy Civils, Infrastructure, or Utilities
• Deep familiarity with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts is essential
• Based within a commutable distance of Central Birmingham, Coventry or Lichfield
• A desire to lead teams and drive commercial excellence on complex builds

• Starting salary of £60,000 – £75,000
• £5,000 car allowance or premium electric/hybrid company car
• 25‑26 days + Bank Holidays (option to buy 5 additional days)
