About

The Role

We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Facilities Technician (Electrically Biased) to join our growing team, working across multiple key client sites nationwide. This is a remote, hands‑on role where you will support non‑core engineering and facilities operations, delivering a total support service in partnership with adi Management and Client Engineering Teams. You will play a key part in ensuring plant reliability, asset availability, and full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Carrying out hands‑on maintenance of utilities, services, plant equipment and infrastructure
  • Supporting electrical systems (bias essential) alongside multi‑skilled tasks
  • Maintaining pipe systems including steam, heating, cooling, effluent and waste systems
  • Completing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Using the client CMMS system to manage maintenance work requests
  • Performing root cause analysis to reduce breakdowns and improve asset reliability
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on site
  • Supporting minor project works
  • Acting as a key interface between the Client Engineering Team and adi Management
  • Participating in call‑out duties when required
About You
  • Electrically biased with multi‑skilled maintenance experience
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installation
  • City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395)
  • Strong working knowledge of facilities plant and utility systems
  • Experience working within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to interpret and follow risk assessments and method statements
  • Experience using CMMS systems
  • A full UK driving license with flexibility to travel
